Registration

  • The Judging Commitment consists of a morning session or an afternoon session (3-4 hours each). If you would like to judge all day you will be compensated for the second block of time.
  • Teachers with students participating in the Harp Festival must contribute time to support a successful event meaningfully.

If you are unavailable to contribute your time to support the Harp Festival, you can opt-out by contributing the cost to pay a judge for their time.

Registration is closed

Teachers are required to contribute to the running of festival with their time and expertise.  This "event" will collect information about your availability to judge OR give you the opportunity to opt out with a financial contribution.

If you are interested in providing volunteer hours outside of judging, please reach out to the Chapter Board at harp.society.utah@gmail.com

For context, we need A LOT of volunteers to make the Harp Festival a success, including:

  • Judges Coordinator (assigns judges to sessions and levels, helps with judging training)
  • Harp Coordinator (coordinates loaner harps)
  • Room Monitors (whole day commitment) - excellent for member-service hours
  • Honors Recital Coordinator
  • Harp Tuning Coordinator and Tuners (all day commitment)
  • Set up and Take down support

American Harp Society - Utah Chapter is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization.
